How to Be Happy, Healthy and Hot: The Ultimate Gay Lifestyle Guide

HOMOPHOBIC! Fake and hateful.
This book is hateful, destructive and HOMOPHOBIC. For your own health, I would advise against getting this book. This book is:1. Racist- The book has several softcore porn images of men throughout it and every single one is white. There is not one single person of color in it.- Racist undertones throughout. Saying real men don’t eat soy. Several black people are genetically lactose intorlerant and have to drink soy or almond milk.2. Sexist and EXTREMELY, BLATANTLY hateful to women - calls Madonna a “imaciated lump of cartalige” because she is no longer young or what he considers beautiful.3. HOMOPHOBIC - says gay men don’t bare their midriffs, like Madonna, follow a mess trend or wear sexy underwear. All of these things are obviously false. Madonna if one of the FIRST celebrities to EMBRACE the gay community and fight with us for our rights. She is quite possibly even the FIRST massive star to do this, but especially to the extent that she has.Every man in this book looks exactly the same and he is so hateful throughout this book. I read sections of it to my friends and they said the author “sounds like a man scorned.”I cannot believe I just gave my money to this author for this book.I would also recommend looking up photos of this author. He does not even look like what he says gay men should be.

How to be happy, healthy... and hot. - maybe
Not what I really was expecting. One line on the back cover. The perfect guide for the gay guy. The best new diet tips.what if i like who I am. How to mix cool cocktails, i dont drink, i really shouldn't drink by what the doctors say. Diabetes and all. It may have tips I can use, but not everything I can use.

Nothing valuable here
The paragraph on “Real Men” was enough to make me say “nah.” Though the author reiterates subjectivity, he doesn’t really put forth any added value to the community.

brilliant
I have just come out and a little mystified - this book is going to help a lot I feel - very informative but accessable book nice paper and nicely presented. Well done, covers so many different aspects of a gay man's life. Nice photos.

Easy Read With No Real Substance
It's a cute little book to pass the time away, but there's nothing really 'informative' in it. Just a collection of vague comments which never really get to any 'advice' per se. It has not intrigued me enough to look at any of the author's other offerings.
