The Lunar Silver NH830M Touch Up Paint matched my Honda’s color pretty well, but the application process wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. The paint worked fine for small chips and scratches, but I found it a bit tricky to get a perfect finish. The color is close, but it doesn’t blend as seamlessly as I expected. It’s an okay option for minor touch-ups, but I would suggest testing it first on a less visible area to make sure it’s the right match.

The paint matched perfectly. The only thing that I wish it had would be an option other than a brush to get in the chip marks. The paint is not thick and most of it drips too fast off the brush.

I couldn't get this to flow paint out at all, even after shaking it for a couple minutes first. Finally I tried aggressively running it across regular paper for a while and it finally started flowing just a bit. Three coats later, and it still is watery and won't build up to a decent coat. Even after three applications, I'm back to my original problem of not being able to get it flow again. Either defective or very old, but not worth it at all.

A few months back I was parked in a parking garage and when I left and came home I noticed that somebody had hit/scratched the back end of my car it must have happened in the garage! It looked like somebody had possibly a truck with a large rim tire that literally scratch the whole back of my car near the back wheel. I would have uploaded a picture but I did not think to do that beforehand for comparison but I will say this worked like a charm! My car is not a flat white color it is more of a pearl white so I wasn't sure exactly how it might turn out. I use the white pen first and after it dried I touched over it with the pearl white color. After my car was washed and waxed you could not even tell It had ever been scratched!

I bought a used 2022 Honda CRV touring in Platinum White. There were a few tiny rock chips and a small scratch on the back that I wanted to fill in just so they wouldn't rust. I'd say this paint is an exact match. As you should any paint, I highly suggest you THOROUGHLY shake it up before you attempt to use it. It's a little difficult to use the brush that is attached to the lid as the brush is pretty wide and similar to a fingernail polish brush. The little yellow stick seen in one of my photos came with the paint. Actually, there were about six of those that came with the paint. It definitely helps to use one of those to apply the paint. I applied a small drop to the tip of the yellow stick and then used the stick to fill the paint into the rock chips and the scratch on the back. I did have to keep applying a new drop to the stick before filling in each rock chip. But if you take your time and keep your hand steady your touch up jobs can look pretty good with this touch up paint. For the price I think it's well worth it. It will prevent the spots from rusting and it cost much less than the OEM touch up paint from the manufacturer (Honda) and it looks like an exact match.
