Correcting initial review
Rated this product as ineffective initially bc I didn’t understand its mechanism but after using it for over a month I begin to notice the difference. It’s not an overnight solution. You’ll have to use it for at least a month for it to work as intended. I recommend blending it with other nitric oxide boosting products and using 2 a day until you get to a month and then reducing it to one a day.It’s pretty dam expensive but when you have heart trouble what choice do you have. I’d rather be able to breathe and work then vaso-constricted and limited.The nice thing about this product is that it uses other means to open your vessels so you can blend it with l-citrulline and beat root and not worry that you’re overdosing bc they all use different mechanisms. At least that’s what’s been working for me so far

Smooth 24-hour Nitric Oxide with zero flushing - Finally!
I've known for 25 years I need to be taking a nitric oxide supplement; I need the benefits, however I HATED the flushing! Felt like I was a menopausal woman with hot flashes; I hated it.
