How many full sets can you get out of this?

It depends on length honestly. 1 bottle of powder got us about 3 sets. The monomer didn't make it very far because the kit doesn't come with a lid for the glass, so it evaporated. You have to try to only put a small amount in the glass and add for every nail. There are other kits out there that come with way more and last longer.

How much time does the acrylic powder dry after apply on the nails?

Pretty much once your done with the other hand, it drys.

How easily do these come off if you need to remove them?

It depends on which type of nail you choose to wear. The nail tips will come off easy when soaked in warm sudsy water. The acrylic and gel will take a little longer to remove with nail polish remover.
