Q: Is there supposed to be washers for nozzle end? The washers included don't fit.

Washers can sometimes be difficult to insert into the nozzle. I would try to partially insert the washer into the nozzle and then try to screw it onto the hose end, this will help to install the washer and seat it properly.

Q: i bought a green water hose. I was so excited about using it as well. I started using it and the hose had a big cut in it already. I lost my money

The hose I bought also had a hole after 2 months. I called Amazon and they gave me a ONE time refund even though it was just past the 30 days by one month. I need to a replacement hose but will order through a different company hoping the same kind of hose will be better.I also thought I would be out the money but I had to pay a restock fee and still get most of my money back.

Q: Can it be hooked to the kitchen sink?

Not sure. This is an outdoor hose. You might be able to hook to kitchen sink with an adapter. The hose is not recommended to drink water from.
