Sounds dramatic, but it’s true. Had the chance to speak with the owner and asked what I was doing wrong when brewing my coffee, turns out it was the quality of what I was buying. Highly recommend!

This is a milder coffee that tastes good. After grinding, the color of the grounds were light brown color. The coffee is slightly acidic, not nutty, not flavored. We enjoyed it.

Surprisingly very enjoyable! We're a bit picky over here but that being said, I would totally consider getting these again which is a big compliment. I don't think the beans were roasted any time recently which had me a bit pessimistic about the flavor/quality BUT was pleasantly surprised.Taste is like the best of both worlds of light and dark roast, I wouldn't call this a true light roast however. It's dominantly a rich chocolate-y "verging on bitter but not actually bitter" with a beginning light roast acidity/tang interest that makes it good black but also not too acidic that it can't handle milk/cream.Ultimately will consider my other options and value for product before repurchase but will update here if I actually do come back to this product for a re-buy!

I tried this product back in Colombian and it’s incredible. It actually smells and taste like Colombian heaven in the morning! We love it at home . IT IS WORTH IT.

I drank this coffee in Bogota and have been missing it ever since. So glad I was able to find this small, sustainable, boutique coffee grower and roaster via Amazon! Bonus points for it being single source from the trees to the roaster. You can taste it.
