Houghton Lake here and I absolutely love the tankless water heater. The look of it is so clean compact and CAMPLUX name is on it. Very cool 😎 thanks for making no Coils or heating elements touching my water just hits the outside pipe that continues to circulate around through and out the end! Endless hot water 🚿 is always good for bathtub 🛀 water. I’m loving it 🥰 and I’m glad I put my money where 🤑 my mouth goes to get warm water to wash it. Lol 😂 hey who if it’s not made by CAMPLUX then it’s not made for me or my house. Because I don’t have trash in it or scrap metal that ends up at the corner before to long. I don’t want Parts of the heating element to come apart and end up in my waterline, or somewhere other than my waterline mount or food so forth so on!!! 🤮🤢 all the rest are no good trash made tankless water heaters. Only CAMPLUX does it RIGHT!!

Love this tankless electric water heater. I replaced one I had for 17 years. Different brand, but I think this one may work better, I'm hoping. I hope this brand will last another 17 years for me, or at least out live me, lol! Right now, I'm very pleased with it. Heats up pretty well!

Heater works good in summer, but in winter it is not able to hot the water

Had an issue with the water heater, called first they asked me to check out a couple of things I did. They checked with their engineer. A day later they texted me saying a new unit is being shipped, got it the same day. Installed it and is working fine. Speedy good communication that’s what I call great customer service.

So far after 2 days of use, it's a great product. It was quick and easy to install, only 1 hr. And it seams well built, hardly any plastic parts.

Was not worth the time it took to purchase this product and hang it on the wall, it never kept the water hot at all, and it stopped working completely before 30 days were even up!

This is a good water heater without the tank. Water heating is just about instant when you want it. The 27kW unit requires a 3x 40 AMP breaker and 3 x 8 AWG gauge wire for it to function properly. It has a very compact and easy to install unit. Easy to read LCD temp display. Simple single button on and temp control. I would say this is great for a small single story home. Must easier and more efficient than a large tank.

Did not like the time it took to do the wiring and plumbing, but that was expected and is not the unit's fault. Love the faster delivery time of hotter water than our existing system, which uses a Rheem heat pump hot water tank, located on the other side of the house (10-12 seconds as opposed to 90+ seconds with the HW tank). We installed this unit about 10 linear feet away from the faucets and have absolutely no regrets. Overall cost including unit, safety shut off valves, PEX pipe and fittings, 3 - 40A breakers and about 150' of 8/3 cable (2 runs of 75') was about $1,300.00. To have had this unit professionally installed would probably have cost an additional $2,000.00 in labor. We saved $$, learned a whole lot, got in some good work outs going in and out of the crawl space I don't know how many times, and wore through a pair of old blue jeans in the process. With this noiseless unit, the shower runs hotter than it did previously and we no longer fill the hot water lines from the hot water tank all the way to the bathroom sink just for a cup of warm water for brushing teeth. Very pleased.

I replaced my previous water heater with this one thinking that there was something wrong with the unit. Well, im not sure what the issue is cause this one does the same thing, the water temperature won’t pass the 104 degrees mark. I had 3 different capacity heaters and they all have done the same costing money on installation and system upgrades.

Installed this at our camp and it works really well heats up quickly mainly because it's a small unit perfect for that type situation installed easily and I'm not much of a plumber

This tankless water heater is very compact and needs little room for installation. I got the 27kW unit which requires 3 duel 40-amp breakers. That's 120 amps of power. While my present house has a 200-amp main breaker, many places I've lived in before only had 100-amp main breaker so this is something you need to check before you buy one of these. Make sure that your breaker panel can supply sufficient power. Due to the age of my breaker panel, I'm having some difficulty in finding 40-amp breakers. I might have to replace the panel which is ok as I've been thinking about that for a while. Therefore, I've only been able to test this unit at 60 amps (three x 20 amp). It still functioned ok for the test, but for its full potential, I need to wait for the new 40-amp breakers. Installation is very simple. Mount it on the wall. Connect the water inlet and outlet. Wire it to the breaker box and you're ready to go. Being electric, it does not need any ventilation. So far, this seems like a decent water heater. Only time will tell how long it lasts. I have no complaints about it so I give it a 5-star rating.
