“Not for home use”
This product is labeled “not for home use” in multiple places. Like it was stolen from a hospital or was hospital overstock. I’m not too excited about buying a lesser quality product (especially since it was a bit more expensive) than found by other sellers.

Most comfortable mask off all!
So I've tried every type of mask there is and this one is by far the most comfortable, easiest to set up, and most stable of them all. I have a full face, 2 different nasal masks, and gel pillows and this mask puts them all to shame. The top mounted position for the hose is genius. When I'm laying in bed at night watching my phone I'm not obstructed by the mask or hose. I'm able to sleep on my side and stomach without the mask shifting our hose getting in the way. The pillows are incredibly comfortable and barely noticeable with how gently they rest under your nose. When I first opened the mask I thought there was no way the design would maintain a decent seal but I've been using it for a week now and haven't had a single issue. Will be using this mask exclusively from now on. 10/10, highly recommended!

A no brainer!!
First off, 40 bucks for the fitpack, which included Small, Medium, Medium wide, and large plus 20 bucks for the headgear is a total no brainier when the ripoff DME's are selling them for 50 bucks more. The mask is super comfortable once you get the right cushion and headgear/frame position right. I had a slight bit of septal pain the first night, but loosened the headgear the next couple nights and it's pretty much gone now. My CPAP events have gone way down consistently with this mask. It'll be my number one go to mask for a long time unless something better comes along which I find hard to believe it would.

Wonderful for side sleeper
It is was my first time wearing this last night but it was amazing. So much more comfortable. So far so pleased. You have to buy the nose strap for the head gear separately. But it it all arrived quickly and works amazingly for me. I am a side sleeper and this mask is amazing. My other mask would always break seal.

If your switching from a full mask it gives you the chance to try all the sizes.
Originally, I trued to return this, because it is pricey. The thing is your getting 4 different nasal pillows to try on, and a frame. The frame was too small for me, but whatever. I gave the small to a family member because they use this product. I tried a large, and it leaked. I used to wear a large dreamwear full face mask). So i tried the medium, and it was perfect. I need to replace the headgear, but other wise its great. getting new parts is rather inexpensive as well.

If you use a CPAP or BiPAP unit you have to try this mask.
I can watch tv or read while going to sleep. No problem with hoses or straps blocking my line of sight. Also the frame of the unit is so soft and flexible that no matter which way you sleep or move in your sleep the one strap stays put and keeps the nasal vision in place. No leaks or adjustments during your sleep. An ingenious product for sleep apnea patients.

Note that it only comes with one frame size. Maybe not for side sleepers or people with neck issues.
Got this because I was looking for some alternatives to the nasal pillow mask I was using before (Pilairo). Despite the title, my kit did have headgear in it, so I'm not sure if they've changed it.With the DreamWear system there are four nasal pillow sizes (this came with one of each) and three "frame" sizes (this only comes with one - medium). I ended up having to buy a large frame. I believe an ideal fit kit for this system would include the frame sizes as well, but I understand that would drastically increase the price. The rest of this review is for people considering the DreamWear system:I was pretty impressed. I've used it for a few months and have decided to go back to my previous system, even though the actual nasal pillow of this is crazy comfortable. Instead of little tubes going into your nostrils, which is sometimes quite irritating, the Dreamwear has a single open hole that's pressed against the bottom of your nose. This makes the overall mask fit much more crucial, but when you've got everything right, it barely feels like it's there. So what are the cons? I thought the top-of-the-head hose connection seemed like a clever idea. In practice, you can basically turn over in your sleep without having to manage the CPAP hose across your body, which is nice. There is a hose swivel at the top connection point, which unfortunately was very squeaky (to the point it disturbed my partner). I lubricated it with some vaseline which solved the problem. Unfortunately I discovered a new issue, which is that in this position the CPAP tube seemed more prone to getting stuck (e.g., between the pillow and the headboard) and often pulls on my head if I need to move, or would yank my head back if I forgot to pick up the hose before sitting up in bed. As someone who has had some bad neck issues in the past, having something in bed pulling at the top of your head is really not good, and I started having some neck issues again after I began using this. The second issue is side-sleeping. The position of the hose attachment makes the weight of your hose more noticeable, such that this mask system is the most comfortable when you're on your back. Additionally, the nasal pillow attaches to the frame in your cheek area with harder rubber, and as a side-sleeper I am constantly trying to rearrange my pillow to find a comfortable "sweet spot" that 1) doesn't press the frame into my cheek and 2) doesn't shift the nasal pillow off my nose and create leaks. I tried all sorts of pillows but at the end, I have decided to stop using this system because it's simply hard to get comfortable on my side. All in all, I think it's worth a try if you're looking for something new, just know that it might not work out if you're primarily a side sleeper, and you might have to spend additional money on a different frame size.

Good mask to alleviate irritation
Good mask to help alleviate irritation around the nose and upper lip area. I had a mask that had the cushions go into the nostrils but wanted a change because of the irritation.
