This is amazing!! If you want to sweat like crazy!!! It isn’t uncomfortable I’m ab 160 pounds and got the medium. It wraps around you so it dosnt scratch your skin. And I pair it with the sweet sweat stick only thing iv learn don’t leave the sweet sweat in the car while it is hot.. it melts and spills everywhere

Over-all it does its job
Fits well and comfortable during all phases of my workout. Stays where I want it to. It does increase my sweating when wearing it. I do wish it was another couple inches wider top to bottom. I got the biggest size and it's only 10 inches, I feel like 12 inches would be better.

Works great, has strong Velcro but the smell of the rubber is Horrible!!! If I had know when I first got it - it would have gone back!
