It does its job, but not for arm-wrestling champions
The product is fine. I was going to return it at first, as I felt it didn't provide enough resistance. But I figured I was using it wrong, instead of unscrewing it all the way off, you can just keep twisting back and forth at the highest resistance level. It does the work for me if I keep twisting for 30-40 reps a set.

Unsure how to use it
I'm not sure how to use the twister because it didn't come with any instructions - so I don't know how to adjust the tension. I'm a beginner so want to make sure I'm working optimally and not doing any damage! I tried to search the internet for some exercises using the Power Twister but couldn't find any either.

Not that Effective
I bought this forearm exerciser as a means of exercising the forearms when outside the gym. However, even when set at its stiffest settings it does not give a very good work out. You can sit twisting the thing all day and not really feel the effect afterwards - but that's just me. I also bought, on Amazon, a Powerball and the Golds Gym Forearm exerciser that works by raising and lowering a weight suspended on a cord wrapped around a small drum on a handle. Either of these devices give a much more effective workout for the forearms. On the positive side the Power Twister is a very robust and solid piece of equipment - if you carry it around then no one is going to mess with you.

Pointless
This really is an absolutely pointless device. In theory it should be a good exercise for the wrists and forearms, but in practice, even at maximum tension, it doesn't generate anywhere near enough resistance to be useful. Understand that I'm not a fitness fanatic: I'm a man, but many women who don't work out are stronger than I am; and it's far too feeble to benefit even me, let alone anyone who is serious about exercise.On top of that, if you actually use it in the position shown in the photo, you will likely damage your wrists. It's better if you hold it vertically, palms facing sideways towards the centre of your chest rather than palms down; but it still won't do you much good.
