I honestly wasn’t expecting to love this as much as I do. The texture is super lightweight and absorbs quickly—no greasy feeling at all, which is really important for me. What really stands out is how it makes my skin look. It gives a healthy, hydrated glow without looking shiny or heavy. It just looks like better skin. The scent is also really nice—clean, soft, and a little elevated without being overpowering. If you want something that feels like a small upgrade to your routine without being complicated, this is definitely worth trying. I am a fan of Saltair products and love using this product. After applying to the skin, I find that this oil is of a nice consistency and is not sticky or greasy leaving my skin very soft. The Santal Bloom fragrance is one of my favourites in the Saltair range (I also have the sunscreen oil in this fragrance), it is a mix of rose and vanilla for me which I love very much. I agree with some other reviewers that the fragrance does not last all day but for me this is not a deal breaker as the other product attributes (e.g. moisturising/hydrating effect, non-greasy feel, dewy skin effect) make it a worthwhile purchase. I also find that this body oil makes my skin glow after applying, I personally like to use this post showering after applying a fragrance free body lotion to seal in skin moisture. Combining this with a good quality hydrating body wash and I do not think you can go wrong really. I will see how this fares up during the cold winter season as I do tend to get more drier even itchy skin during this time of year but so far so so good. I have no complaints and def recommend this product. Note the price may be a factor (you get just under 120ml for 22 USD, it is packaged in a glass bottle so may explain the price point) but I think it is worth it especially if you can grab a bottle during a sale. I have tried other body oils and by far like and enjoy using this one the most. Final note - I personally love the packaging for this product. Saltair have been changing their other packaging (aluminium bottles to plastic) which is a bit of a disappointment, I would ask that for the body oil products, please leave this as it is as glass may be a better recycling option than more plastic even if this has been recycled prior to packing the product. Just a personal opinion.

I purchased this looking for a soft vanilla scent. This had to be top 3 of the best oil I have ever used for my body. I am a black woman so most oil that I use for my body aren’t that great, doesn’t moisturize as good but this one has proved me wrong. It’s not too thick and not too thin of an oil, you can rub it out evenly throughout your body wherever you’d like. You genuinely stay moisturized for the whole day even if you don’t use a lot. I just wish they had a bigger bottle because it was truly amazing. Stays for a long time, scent is soft and nice not too strong and not too soft which is perfect. I would say it’s worth the money even though the bottle size is a bit small or maybe I just used too much lol. Great purchase would get it again no doubt.

Smell 10/10. Thick oil, glides right on. Leaves you feeling so soft and luxurious! Super Gourmand smell; layers very well with vanilla. Leaves me glowing, but not super greasy. This brand is a high quality, cleaner ingredient brand. It is a bit expensive; but you really get what you pay for!

Oil feels lovely but it does not smell good. There is no floral smell, it is unpleasant and stale smelling.

The best body oil I have ever tried. The smell is divine, so luxurious and if you pair it with moisturiser thats gonna last for quite some time.

Makes my skin silky. Light but lasting fragrance. You don't need a lot and it's absorbed quickly, not greasy. My skin is still silky the next day Good value for money.
