I cautiously bought this after reading the reviews and figured I'd take a chance with the 12mo replacement policy. One person mentioned that it didn't come with feet. I thought they were right until I went to throw all the packaging away and found them hidden under the bottom layer of styrofoam molds. The wall mount hardware is easy to get off when you understand the mechanics of it. You just loosen a screw on the locking mechanism and the rest is spring loaded. I spent all of 5 minutes taking it from the box and mounting it on my wall using my own screws and anchors. The controls are counter intuitive but reading a few lines in the directions will explain which order to push the buttons. Even though it's hours old, I'm giving this 5 stars because the majority of negative reviews are from minute issues that can be solved with a little common sense.

All this is is an electric heater element behind a piece of black glass. There's a mild amount of radiant heat from the glass but it's mostly just a convection heater. It's pretty big, too.Wall mounting is pretty easy and nice and firm.And yes. Oh my goodness does it beep at every button touch and it's loud.

Gets pretty warm and I ECO mode. Set it and forget it while you leave the house. Looks very modern as well.

Was so excited to receive this heater when it was opened at Christmas I noticed one of the prongs that plug into the wall was missing so I only had a positive and not a negative wrong. Therefore it was unusable. I’m hoping I can return it and either get a refund because by the time I would get a new one my page will be frozen in western Pennsylvania. Other than that I’m sure that doesn’t happen often and this seems like a great heater, I will buy one in the future they look awesome in from what I’ve heard and read they are top-of-the-line heaters

Assemble the unit wasn't that bad, follow the instruction and it only took 30 min to set it up.It generated a good amount of heat for the living room.Having it for over 3 weeks now and I am satisfied with it.:) it is in the garage waiting for next winter now.

Beautiful Glass Convection Heater that works great! Arrived in perfect condition and heats a 10' x 20' room without a problem and without making a sound. I only wish I change the readout to Celsius rather than Fahrenheit.

I received the heater and i had to assemble the glass to the heater unit itself. Then after plugging it in it didnt work. The sticker on the box reads inspected and repackaged. Well that was incorrect.

It is really easy to put it up together and it sits nicely on top of my bedroom dresser. This heater has great quality for the price, it heats up really quick and easy to use. Although I had it for only couple days, I have no problem with it so far.
