Factory defect or it is just horrible
I bought this a while ago and never cared to review it because I forgot I even have it. I was really excited when it came in but it took my family (4 people) an entire day to open its lid. Not sure if it was a defect or all products are like this. I used it once my dad used tools to open it (left few scratches) and it worked great. The set up inside is cute but I did not want to struggle to open it again so never used it after that.

Cute for the desk
I bought this over a year ago. For me, due to infrequent use, it will seem to stop working when I start it up again. However, it's because the cotton has dried out and takes time to soak up to the top on its own. A quick fix is to remove the cotton stick from the top, completely submerge in water, gently squeeze to release air and absorb completely. Then re-assemble. Works like new!

Very cute but defective
The humidifier did not work. After reading multiple reviews I was confident that I was using the sensor correctly. I give this 2bstars because of how cute it is. Although it did not serve it's intended purpose of helping with the dry air in my office, it has been a cute paperweight lol. Multiple coworkers have stopped to admire the adorable bunny.
