Easy
Make sure not to place adhesive directly on the wall. These types of panels love to give you adhesive removal problems later on. My advice: Place on cardboard, then commandstrip the cardboard to the wall.

Not Recommended
Cannot give him half a star so I guess I'll give it one star. I do not recommend this product the sound panel say they're one inch they're not they're less possibility of less than half inch it's been 24 hours and the foam panels did not expand they still look like if they were in the vacuumed package 😡

Thin
These are too thin to really do much of anything, and they come compressed and it's a major hassle to get them expanded. This was not at all what I was expecting, and for as thin as they are it's just not worth the hassle to install.

Soft Sound Solutions with Sticky Situations
The JumpSync Acoustic Foam Panels in black are a mixed bag when it comes to improving sound quality in a space. Let's dive into my experience with these foam panels. To start, the adhesive on these panels left a lot to be desired. It's disappointingly weak, making installation more challenging than it should be. They struggled to maintain a secure grip on the surfaces I applied them to, which was quite frustrating. In terms of performance, these foam panels offer some benefits. They do a decent job at mitigating high-frequency sounds and addressing flutter echoes. While they might not completely transform your space, they marginally help in reducing some unwanted noise and enhancing acoustic properties. However, one significant concern is the long-term durability of these foam sponges. They give off the impression of being on the cheaper side of the acoustic panel market and the question of whether they'll deteriorate and crumble over time is valid. Cheaper foam panels tend to break down faster, which could affect their long-term effectiveness. I'm actually experiencing that problem with some grey versions of these panels from a different brand. They turned yellow after 5 months and now are crumbling into dust.In conclusion, the JumpSync Acoustic Foam Panels in black have their pros and cons. While they do provide some assistance in dealing with high frequencies and flutter echoes, their weak adhesive and potential long-term durability issues are drawbacks to consider. Only time will tell if these foam panels will stand the test of time or crumble like their lower-quality counterparts.

Not Worth The Hassle
It takes a lot of time - and even more patience - to get these installed. After unwrapping, the panels have to be placed somewhere where they can outgas and expand. That gets them to about 1/2" height. Then you have to water them. And water them again. And maybe a third time aiming just for the spots that still aren't fully expanded. Eventually they did get up to almost 1" (as shown in the photo). Then comes installation in which you must try, try again to peel off the backing paper. I couldn't believe how difficult this was. If you manage to do that, then you get to try to get them to stick. The adhesive isn't very sticky, but you can't push hard on the panel because you'll re-compress the foam that you worked so hard to expand. 48 hours later you'll test and realize that you could peel the panels off as if they were a slightly stickier post-it note. So you cross your fingers that they'll stay up.All of that for a marginal quality foam panel that provides a tiny bit of noise reduction for your home office/video calling - but only if you have them really close to where you are speaking. In other words, not worth the hassle.

good
very simple and easy to install. Not super thick. You can remove and re-adhere if you mess up which I really appreciate! They connect very well when they meet in the corner.

Not as advertised
These are sealed in a plastic bag and are NOT one inch thick. Definitely different from the claims the product makes. Be weary.

Put em on the wall infront of my desk and im told it definitely helps cut down on noise. Also put em on the room door towards the bottom since theres a big gap. All have stuck on fine but it is fresh paint from a month ago. Justtt painted this wall and door.
