Great suitcase
Very light weight . Took it all around America and it was very sturdy. Lots of room and the wheels worked well. Would recommend for the money . Good value .

Poor quality
Honestly not great quality. The suitcase got me from A to B, but the metal frame inside started bending immediately and the fabric has torn after one flight.

Lovely suitcase
I had purchased an extra large purple suitcase as at the time there was no large. I didn't realise just how large it was. I went up to my daughter for a few weeks and used this large case. I decided to buy a large one if available and give the extra large to my daughter and her husband.It is a wonderful case. So much room with pockets in and on the lid and the lid also expands.

Not Good
3 trips and this suitcase it in pieces, I know that the baggage handlers are rough with the cases, but I mean 6 flights and the stitching is coming apart, the wheel on the left is broken completely. Looking at the plastic mounting for the wheels it is very thin, no wonder it broke easily. I was wondering why my suitcase felt so heavy then I noticed the wheel was hanging to the side, not fun at all. My Dunlop suitcase for over 10 years is in better shape than this really not worth the money at all.Changed my review as customer service contacted me for pictures then never contacted me back and when prompted by me again told me its been clearly mishandled, I know that but it should last more than 3 trips, not breaking on the wheel structure which should be the strongest part, poor quality poor customer service junk Ill never buy again from them unless hand luggage
