They come package in individual White gift boxes (all mine have, but some buyers report Brown boxes) which is a bonus if selling face to face. I buy custom crush proof boxes for shipping. So far I have had no broken mugs delivered to me. but do factor in the fact that 3rd party shippers don't care about my order so when it happens it wont be a major issue. A point worth considering is buy them when on offer. that way if less than 9 are damaged you have effectively paid the normal price for those you received undamaged. Well worth the price.
I have ordered these twice now and have been extremely happy with them both times. Definitely value for money, plain white great for sublimation 11oz. I love by hat they come with their own boxes too.

Great mugs No boxes
These mugs usually sublimate great, have yet to use this batch, price was excellent, disappointed as have arrived with no "gift" boxes, not what was advertised, luckily I have my own available. My only grumble! Apart from that very pleased with purchase.

Excellent quality mugs!
Great quality mugs for sublimation. Good size Function well. Colour white Quite big handles to hold mug. Used for sublimation. Feels comfy in the hand

Takes sublimation images very well. Cant be put in dishwasher once sublimated but other than that they are excellent quality

Very pleased
Very good. Sublimate beautifully. The boxes also engrave well. My only issue and it's minor is that some of the boxes were slightly damaged. Otherwise perfect and would buy again.

Wrongly advertised packaging
Mugs are all intact, however the packaging boxes are brown instead of white as advertised. Another reason for purchasing the mugs was because of the white packaging they come with
