I love these shoes. But, I received them and put them on and went out the door because I was running late. I noticed while walking around that they flop off my heel with each step. I should've gotten a half size smaller. I'm not going to try to return shoes that I wore already. Too bad cause they're great shoes. I'll be buying more shoes from them in the future. I'll just be ordering a smaller size and making sure they fit right before I leave the house. I did return the shoes after all. The return and reorder was smooth as can possibly be. They're my new favorite. So, I usually wear a size 12 but with the way that the leather is on the back of the shoes I don't want the extra room that I would like in a lace up shoe. 11.5 is a perfect fit. These are excellent....

Looks really good. The heel is flat, meaning there is not much to keep you heel from sliding up and down when you walk. Kind of odd but not a huge deal. Pricey pair of shoes that aren't "just right."

Perfect fit right out of the box. Most comfortable fit, great styling and quality materials. Would definitely buy again.

I wear a 9 1/2 wide shoe and I was a little hesitant about ordering a 9 1/2 regular, but after wearing them for a couple hours they stretched out and are now very comfortable
