I like the aroma when I open the wash and the dry. I live clean ,fresh smells.

I have never used a scent booster before and so I read the directions and proceeded with my first load on an upright HE washer. Poured the cap full into the washer and then added the clothes. Added my normal detergent to its compartment. Ran a cycle and then opened the lid and smelled the wet clothes. They smelled very lightly scented but overall fresh. I could smell the other detergent, which was scented, along with the laundry as well. Placed the items into the dryer. After completions, opened the door and didn't notice any forward smells. Picked up the clothes and took a deep breath to again a relaxing fresh scent and also the scent of the laundry detergent. Here's what I learned: the boost scent smells less artificial than the detergent scent. The boost is very light and definitely not a forward smell. My next purchase will be scent free detergent as to ensure this 'clean smell' from the boost is the only smell. I will then have to justify whether the fresh clean smell is worth the 36 cents per load.

Got this stuff to add to our laundry to see if it really could keep that fresh scent pas laundry day and as someone trying it for the first time I was surprised; it actually works.I did cut it back to 1/2 cap per full load of laundry and only use it on towels & clothes. Rather our sheets have a different scent. But on the stuff I'm using it on the 1/2 cap has the clothes still smelling freshly washed days after they have been put away. You really notice it shortly after you put the clothes on and start letting the fabric move and rub around.These 4 bottles will last us MONTHS. At this price it comes out to just a couple dollars a month for a little extra comfort. The scent is botanical for sure but doesn't come off as chemically or like a thick perfume. We all enjoy it.

This 4 pack of Arm & Hammer brand in wash odor blasters are bright purple crystals that make the whole laundry room smell great, and leave a light, fresh scent on clothes. I ordered the botanical and it was enjoyed by all genders of my household. Sprinkle directly on clothes in the washing machine (don’t put in dispensers), works in cold water too. I like that these have baking soda so they help absorb odor not just cover it up. I wasn’t sure I would like these, but am using them more than I thought, they are great to use with factory work clothes, yard work clothes, and sweaty garments.

Holy bazookas, I have just entered the laundromat! When I opened my front door to pick up the box, the entire perimeter smelled like these scent boosters from inside their container AND box.Now…I'm used to scent beads. Like..the flat little round kind. These are crystals and are more crunchy like salt. They aren't soft like the beads. Not an issue, just an observation! It's really neat as well because the cap doubles as a measuring cup! Just fill the cap and dump it into the bottom of your washer. It does sorta seem like a lot but the bottles are big and will still last for many washes.The scent, as mentioned…is strong. That's good as obviously some will wash away in the water. That being said, there's still plenty left on the clothes once dried. I can't really explain the scent. It's kinda floral but mainly just clean and fresh smelling. I put some crystals in my hand for a picture and now my hand still smells phenomenal while writing this. I keep smelling it trying to pick out specific scents….but I'm failing. The best description I can give is that it smells like the laundromat if everyone in there were using detergent at the same time. Lol.Anyway…I was skeptical about this brand but it actually did exceed my expectations! I now want to try this in more scents! :D

This smells floral and a bit fresh. The fragrance isn't overwhelming but does stick around for awhile. Our clothes also have stayed fresh longer and don't get musty smelling after sitting in the drawer for awhile.

I have been using scent boosters for several years because we love the extra fragrance they leave on our laundry - especially my husband's stinky, sweaty gym clothing! I have used Arm & Hammer detergent before but never their scent boosters. I was excited to see how they compared to our regular brand.The fragrance is STRONG, fresh smelling (clean and slightly floral) and lingers on our laundry for a long period of time. Nothing beats getting into bed for the first time after washing with this scent booster and taking in all of that crisp, clean fragrance.I have been using these for several weeks now and haven't noticed any staining on any of our laundry. (something we have experienced with other brands in the past)The scent is fresh, crisp, and clean with a nice burst of floral. My husband thought the scent was too perfumey. It is definitely incredibly strong. I could smell it through the box before I even brought it in the house after it was delivered, LOL!If you find that they don't work that well for your laundry, you can also make little sachets of them to freshen up your closets or dresser drawers! I have a friend that even uses them to freshen her car!
