It can go from scratching a bit too much to a much more serious and dramatic problem. Having said that, I believe that as we care for our skin, we have to do the same for our pets.• Neat packing in a tub that, when you peel back the label you will see printed on it: - What the Product Is, The Daily Dose, The List of Ingredients. The information is printed in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.• The Skin Care Tablets are white, small and a little bit chunky.• The Tablets smell fairly bland, with just a vague hint of Chicken.• "Maisy" my rescue Irish Border Collie, who is usually very cautious about anything new, did not grab these Tablets when I offered one to her. So I gave it to her with just a dab of Peanut Butter and she took it with no problem.• The Daily Dosage is:-Dog’s Weight up to 20kg = 1 Tablet per day 15 mins BEFORE BreakfastDog’s Weight 20-40kg = 2 Tablets per day one 15 mins BEFORE Breakfast and one 15 mins BEFORE DinnerDog's Weight 40-80kg = 3 Tablets per day, one 15 mins BEFORE Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner• The Tablet can be cut in half with a Pill Cutter or crushed.I am a great believer is trying natural products to try to keep as healthy as possible, whether it be for our dogs or us. Either they will work or they won’t and in any event should do no harm.Our Vet knows we use these types of products and have done since the early 1970s. The Vet has never objected, in fact, there has never been any disapproval. However, if you were not sure, then you are sincerely advised to consult your Vet first.At time of writing this Review, the RRP is £16.50 for the pack of 90 Tablets.I consider these Skin Care Tablets more as a preventative than a remedy.

Using this on a 3kg chihuahua to give his skin a bit of a boost, definitely seeing an improvement and his coat is glowing. Good ingredients that are proven to help promote healthy skin. I give my boy half a tablet in a bit of sausage.

This seemed like a great idea for the dog, who is getting over a bout of skin problems. i hoped it would help her to heal and not have future problems. When it arrived, I phoned the vet and asked if this would be oK, as the dog was just finishing a course of steroids. The vet has advised not to give these to the dog as it might make her condition worse. The rule is, always check with your vet before you buy!

This is a great multi-vitamin supplement geared towards supporting your dog's/cat's skin health but the vitamin C can help reduce inflammation too and is also great for improving cognitive function in older dogs and goes towards supporting healthy teeth and gums, whilst the zinc is also great for general immune health and regulating the proteins and hormones. Best of all this includes the zinc in gluconate form which is very absorbable in dogs (and people!) where as a lot of manufacturers use zinc oxide as it's tons cheaper but virtually impossible for your dog to absorb or convert, so is pointless. This and the fact that the full amount of each individual vitamin is listed clearly on the label is a big plus point - lots of animal supplements just list the vitamins but not the amounts, which is very shoddy really.Really impressed with the transparency and well thought out combination of vitamins here, which make it more than just a skin support supplement. There are 90 tablets that will last 3 months for most smaller/medium dogs at one tablet a day (if they're less than 20kg in weight) or around a month and a half for bigger dogs weighing between 20-40g. For this price this isn't bad and on top of this they donate 50p of your purchase to the animal charity Apama, which is pretty awesome!

Easy to hide in the wet dog food we feed our elderly gent - he wolfs it all down without complaint and hopefully it's doing him some good.
