The idea is great, but it really could use some extra or some stronger magnets. I bought these for the front door windows of my 2012 Ford Econoline Van. The door frame has exposed metal around the upper edges for the magnets to cling to. I open the door, then apply the shade to the top edge and close the door, it isn't big enough to cover the whole window, but it does help keep the heat out during the day. They are cheap enough to give them a try, but be sure you have exposed metal for the magnets to stick to.

Cheap and easy to use, but needs stronger magnets or more magnets around the edge. In fact, it would be much better if it had magnets completely filling the edge of the shade. Then there would be no gaps in the shading. The magnets currently slide around the edge and you have to move them into place each time you put up the shade. I have not decided if I am keeping it yet. If I keep it, I will need to fix the magnets into place permanently with stitching.

Magnets weren’t all the way around just at the top so the fitting didn’t lay flat and also there was too much of a gap between the bottom and defeated the purpose of keeping the sun out. Overall its a nice product if you have a shorter window and more magnets.

It could really use a few more magnets to help connect it to the door frame. Should also be a little bigger

Needs more magnets at the top. Someone didn’t measure these right. Says it fits 2008 gmc Acadia but does not. Much smaller. It does ok to give privacy if you need it.

Very weak magnets or possibly to small and definitely not enough! Cover windows well though

These do what they are supposed to do. Very easy to install.
