It's not going to cope with 5 layers of denim and you can't adjust the stich size - so bare that in mind! Good sturdy singer that doesn't break your arm to move around. There is only one only downside is that because its so light it does sort of dance around the table a bit. Ok if you hold it down?! I have a bigger machine for things like buttons etc. but I never bother getting it out anymore now that I have this. It is easy to set up and use and I've had no issues with it yet.The machine comes with the normal sewing foot already on the machine, plus a zipper foot and a buttonhole foot plus darning plate.
