Warm, nutty aroma, golden hue, and grainy texture feel genuinely pure. The cultured, bilona-prepared A2 ghee elevates tadka, rotis, and coffee with a clean, rich taste and minimal after‑grease. Comes in a sturdy glass bottle and handles medium‑high heat well. Priced on the higher side, but a little goes a long way.

Is as good as it claims to be. Very old world and genuine. I have one serious complaint and I hope the manufacturer will pay close attention. The bottle has a foil seal (aluminium is bad). Never mind. But when you have torn the foil, there is a fine cling-wrap-quality plastic seal which is dangerous. You almost miss it. It tears when you tear the foil, and then sinks into the ghee. Elders or others with not very good vision can swallow this and face a serious hazard. The yellow you see in the image is the ghee stuck to the plastic. But see the plastic on the edge -- in the front of the cup, not the one at the back -- that is the outer plastic, should not have been in the image. But look at the the little crumpled plastic blob in the front edges of the cup. That is how it looks. I urge you to use paper seal only, nothing more. I can't see how the plastic wrap-seal helps in any way. Please, don't let a terrific product get a bad name owing to some unforeseen accident.
