Super high quality
This was exactly what I was hoping for, but it was short one cable for my GTX 5090 graphics card. 3 of the 4 cables were exactly right, but the fourth had a pigtail on it that I couldn't hide, but seemed to function fine.

reliable
Corsair does better with their psu line and this hx1500i is pretty darn good. Silent operation and stays okay on temps (warm mostly when under load, never hot hot hot). What more can one say about a psu, cables are stock but comes with a 12vhpwr which i didn't use (opted to use the one which came with the gpu and 03 seperate pcie cables). Using this psu has so far caused the entire Fiji nation to look up to me as their messiah and all street dogs (and cats) gaze upon my aura with awe. They ask (or woof and meow) "how do are you so powerful and yet so humble and cool, to which i reply, maybe i was born with it or maybe its corsair hx1500i. Vinaka (thanks) from Fiji.

Impressive Performance and Quiet Operation: Highly Recommended PSU
This PSU is absolutely amazing! Iโve never heard its internal fan โ it's incredibly quiet. Mine came is ATX 3.1 certified, and I couldnโt be more pleased with its performance. I'm truly impressed with this product and would highly recommend it!

Not the absolute best but very close to it.
Great PSU. More than any single-GPU gaming rig will need, but that is better than pushing up against the limits of a PSU. Less stress on the components. The fan doesn't even come on under a load on my 5800X3D and 3090 system. Overkill for my setup for sure, but if I was going to replace my PSU I wanted it to last. The iCUE USB link is fun to look at. Make sure your case will fit a PSU this long.

Same good quality
This is the same good quality I have gotten from Corsair in the past. Have this in a beQuiet 800 case and it's quiet as a mouse. Graphics card cables could stand to be a little longer, the MSI Slim GTX 4090 card is still fairly large and it barely fits.

Corsair should include more SATA cables, otherwise this is good.
Look, this is a great Unit for a 5090, and kind of a common sense buy if you just bought one of these cards and you need something that can handle the wattage this GPU draws. I had a seven year old EVGA T2 1600w unit that should have been able to handle a 5090, but I am not going to take any chances with this card by using the adapter. Yes, the version of the 1500i I bought is the updated ATX 3.1/PCIe 5.1/12V-2X6 version. It also comes with a 12V-2X6 cable. The 12V-2X6 connector that comes with the 5090 is a joke. If you watch and rewatch that old GN video about the 12VHPWR connector, you'll see there are several flaws with this connector that were not fixed with the 12V-2X6 iteration. I don't know why the people at GN or these would be followers came to the conclusion of it being user error. That's really not how safety works. IRL, I have worked closely with construction safety departments which uses a fool-proof approach. Now, the reason I am knocking off one star is over the SATA & Molex connectors. I put this into a system that has a lot of old 3.5" drives and it did not come with enough cables to connect the drives, and it did not come with enough cables to fill all of the SATA/PATA ports on the power supply. Luckily, I had some brand-new Type 4 cables that I bought last year to replace some of the cables that were on an old RX1000x PSU. The only other axe I have to grind is I would have been willing to spend a bit more on an updated and modernized version of the AX1600i. I do not know why Corsair has not released an ATX 3.1 version in the AXi series.

Showed Up Fast, Seems Reliable
Showed up fast, hear corsair PSUs are pretty reliable, came recommended from a friend. Paired with a 5090 and 9950X so I have a pretty power hungry system. Had an ASUS 1000W previously which started going out before I put in the 5090 just after 2 years of use. Hope to get many years out of this one. So far so good.

One and done PSU
Recently completed a new build with a ROG Strix 4090. I've seen posts where, technicall,y, an 850 watt could work and other posts where 1000 watt is minimum. Also saw other posts where 1200-1300 was "perfect". I just passed all that noise and went straight for this thing. No ones going to say a 1500 watt PSU isn't enough so end of story there. One thing to note is that this is bigger/longer than your typical PSU so you'll need to see if it'll fit and not interfere with your cable management. Other than that, great PSU that'll lasts for years and years.
