I am very particular when it comes to curtains - especially if they are supposed to be room darkening curtains. They must be beautiful AND functional and these were perfect.I got 3 pairs in greyish white for my bedroom and I am in love.The material looks great. You MUST iron them first - (it did take me a long time to iron 6 panels) but it was perfect and once they were up I was in love.I took these pictures at 1pm - Florida time - and it was so sunny outside. You can see how these curtains work at keeping the room dark! These worked better than the ones I had before and I had never found white looking curtains that actually darkened the room when closed.Buy these! You won’t regret it. But please - iron them before you put them up!

These curtains are substantially light filtering. If you are looking for the sheer look, I would not buy them. I love them for my living room to block out the glare on the TV. They look great and are very elegant. I had to properly iron them all before hanging them. I bought another set for my bedroom and have not ironed them but hoping the wrinkles would fall out, but they have not. It's not a big deal to me because it seems like I only had to do it the once. I would suggest these for someone who wants a neutral classy look.

I was expecting overnight guests and the temps were around 110, so I want to get blackout curtains for the guest bedroom to help keep the heat out. Additionally the windows in that room face the street and the front of my house, so nighttime lighting was an issue/problem. Got these and they are very nice material, linen feeling, with a white backing. While they say not to iron, I did use my iron on steam to remove the packing creases before hanging. They worked GREAT! They blocked about 95% of the light and helped to keep the room at a very comfortable temperature.

I have been looking for window covering for weeks. I tried shades and other curtains and nothing was working. I found these and thought I would try them out. They are hanging on my sliding glass door and I love them. They are blackout and they do a great job.

I don't usually leave reviews for things, but these curtains are absolutely amazing for the price! Washed and dried them to get the wrinkles out and they look perfect in our bedroom. We got the ivory ones, and they are the perfect off white and make our room feel even more warm and inviting.

It's not my favorite set of curtains, just the way they fall because of how the rings have to fit on the rod, it'll never be perfect complete darkness, but, it's for my daughter's room at my boyfriend's place, she's special needs, so there's no explaining to her that even if it's way brighter than her room at home, still not time to get up, so she was waking up earlier and earlier as the days got longer because what's there doesn't do much to make the room darker, adding these has put her on the same rhythm she has at home, so could the room be darker? Absolutely! Do they work well and make the room darker to the point where my 14 yrs old will sleep late on weekends? Absolutely! So for me it's a win, I was limited by many factors in what I could pick and I have no regrets. I'd say the room is about 80 to 90% darker, depends who's looking!

Unlike others, these change well and keep their shape. Pretty wrinkled when they showed up but after hanging for a while they disappeared. No light comes through them. Have a set for the living room and another for the bedroom.

These curtains are great black out curtains. In a South facing window they kept the sun out and room cool.The colour was nice too.

Purchased several sets of these for our bedroom, enough for three windows. They are much better than the lighter weight curtains we had before and definitely provide much more of a black out effect, but light still seems to leak through on very sunny days or when the street light shines in at night. Lots of light leakage around the edges especially. If you want something that totally blacks out your bedroom, definltey go a few shades darker, as this particular color doesn't seem to darken enough.These curtains are of high quality and I am overall satisfied with the price. We will definitely purchase again, only with a darker shade.
