Product Description These wheat and lavender warming packs are hand made in the British Isles. They are 100% natural being made from British lavender essential oils and British farm assured wheat. This is covered in a soft tartan fabric. The packs can be heated in the microwave or they can be used as a cold compress. They can assist with relief of a variety of aches and pains such as those caused by arthritis, lumbago, rheumatism, menstrual pain and many pains caused by sports injuries. They can also help to relieve some symptoms of migraine headaches, stress and tension and help sooth you to sleep. The pack also makes an excellent gift. Heat treatment that works
I fell down stairs in June, lying at the bottom for at least 5 minutes, swearing at myself for being so clumsy, I could'nt lift my right arm over my shoulder, but after a week of using the warming pack I noticed a steady inprovement

You do get what you pay for
Poor product. Very lightly filled so ended up not using it and bought a better one.

Longer
Should be a bit longer so that it would comfortably wrap round my neck which was what I would like it to do, therefor easing arthritis in my neck

Relaxing and Soothing
Smells fantastic and eases aches and pains. Be careful not to heat it for too long though as the microwave can burn holes in the fabric if it gets too hot. Also great for winter when you need something to warm the bed before you get in it - although you're not supposed to put it under the covers.
