Cute, soft, durable, but I wouldn't get the one with a white center again.
I bought these in the medium size for three rescue kittens so we could give them a sulfur lime dip (they have to drip dry and are not supposed to lick it off -- see first pic). The collars worked great, and I've continued to use them a lot while I apply ear treatments or we've given the kittens more baths. The kittens were about 4-5 months old when we got the collars (see the pic), but one of them has a longer tail and limbs than the others, so he could still lick his tail with the collar on. I ended up getting a slightly different/bigger collar for him after the first time we used them. But any of these will work fine for my chubby, adult femaie cat who isn't nearly as dextrous. They don't mind the collars all that much. They got used to them quickly and would just lie down and sleep on them like a pillow. The second pic was taken right after they got home from their neutering surgeries — they just slept in place on the floor waiting for the time to be fed (we had to wait a bit for the anesthesia to wear off). 😹My only caveat is that the white inner trim (where the cord is) on the yellow puffy collar stained the first time we did a lime sulfur dip, so I probably wouldn't buy another that was white. The puffy parts are a polyester and did not stain. I have washed these on a delicate setting numerous times and have dried them on the knit setting. They dry suprisingly fast.

Much more comfortable and adorable.
Two of my cats needed collars for a couple days, these were definitely more comfortable than traditional e collars. Within a couple hours they were able to get around perfectly, even jumping up on top of the cabinets as usual. They even seemed to like having a little pillow with them at all times. My cats weigh around 15-20lbs and the large fit them perfectly. The collars did get a little roughed up from being scratched and licked but they got never any holes and after properly fitting them they never came off. They were also pretty easy to wipe down and spot clean while on the cat, and held up great after going through the washer and dryer. And of course they’re really adorable!

Quality, Comfort, Size & Great Price for Soft, Light (Not heavy weight) Cone / Neck Pillow
I purchased a size MEDIUM. My sweet boy fur baby, Stasiu weighs only 10 lbs. and his neck is 9 - 9/12" around & from neck to tail he is a little under 14" long. This fits him Purrfectly! The neck is adjustable, it is so soft and light weight and the size Medium is a perfect fit for him because he was able to to eat and drink. It is easy to put off and on and when you tie it, (I made a bow and did it 2x to tie it) it stays tied and easy to untie it too. I Highly Recommend this quality, soft neck pillow instead of the Cone of Shame. It's a great quality, nice, stuffed, soft and not heavy and not plastic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Large but comfortable cone
Tried this cone to replace cone from vet after kitten surgery. It’s easy to put on, able to tighten around kittens neck do not too tight but enough where she could not get it off. Very soft so comfortable fir her to lay on like a pillow. I purchased a medium and it was a little larger than I expected. When she would eat, it would sometimes flop over her head and cover her. Had to put her food on a stand so she did not have that happen while she ate. Overall, good cone. Looks super cute on the kitten ( like a flower). Perhaps look at sizing as I may have needed to buy a small to prevent the ‘flopping’ issue.

Love it!
This soft collar saved us!! My beautiful Kitty had to get a leg amputated so coming home after a major surgery like this was traumatizing for both of us. The cone that was sent home with him did not stay on for 30 seconds and was re-traumatizing every time I had to put it on him. I read the reviews on this one and received it very quickly. I put it on him and tightened it down, then had to tie the string to keep it in place. He is now comfortable, can eat and drink, can lay down comfortably. He has tried a couple of times to remove it but can't. It serves as a nice pillow...and I love that it is washable and cute! He can't lick his enourmous wound and is healing nicely. Thank you to the designer of this collar!!

Works like a charm!
Our nine year old male cat (11-13 lbs) was having bladder stones, so we elected for him to have surgery to correct the issue. He came home from the vet with the plastic cone, and the poor guy was so miserable. The cone also did not fully restrict him from licking the area of his wound, so I researched another alternative that was more comfortable, yet more restrictive. This is definitely it! It’s big enough that he cannot get to his nether regions, and so comfortable that he has a built-in pillow! I just wish I had looked into it sooner to save him from having to wear the plastic cone for as long as he did. I do recommend buying two of these so you can always have a clean one. Because of its size, it gets dirty pretty quickly, so having a clean one to swap out would be very handy.

Your cat or dogs new best friend after surgery
My cat was miserable after having castration surgery wearing the *cone of shame* that the vet supplied. He could not go anywhere, eat, kept bumping into walls, etc. I perused the items offered by Amazon, and ordered this collar. As soon as I received it and put it on him, not 3 minutes later, he was a changed cat. Now he could move, eat, act normally, but could not get at his stitches. It is light, easily wearable, he can get into small spaces, act like a normal kitten. Best thing, the drawstring to hold it around their neck is adjustable and keeps the cone / collar on. Honestly, I tried 2 other items before this one, and they did not work at all, but this one is fantastic. And to top it off, when his brother goes in for his operation, I can re-use it again. Highly recommend this product, it will make your cat or dog happy after their surgery and you don't want them getting at their stitches *down there*

Great product! Kitty was so much more comfortable
My cat hated the vets cone... this was a game changer... it was long enough that she couldn't reach her lil behind where the healing needed to happen... 100% recommend

Soft and comfy
My cat is smaller, mix of munchkin and Siamese, so size wise I got him a medium. You need to make sure the tie is secure. He could reach his neutered scar if he really tried but for the most part it did the job. You do have to be mindful of it when your cat goes into the litter box, cause the cone flops, so keep your cat litter sides super clean.

Cute but does not work
This would only work if the wound was near and around the neck/shoulders area. Otherwise, doesn't prevent reach at all.

Healing collar
The collar is cute and the cat loved it but the collar doesn’t do what it is intended for. Our cat can easily get it off her head. The strings used to tighten the collar came apart, after only a few days of use. We went back to using the plastic cone. I would not recommend this product.
