Favorite resistance bands
My favorite resistance bands! They provide with a great range of different tensions between the different bands. They're super easy to use and they even come in a nice bag where you will definitely have easy access to them. I have used them to warm-up, to add tension to different exercises, and also to stretch. Super versatile and resistant. Highly recommend them.

Many way to use this product.
I bought this product to stretch muscle and shoulders flexibility. Also can use it for strength training. Good resistance and quality!

They Seemed to Be a Good Value but I was wrong
They do provide good resistance. Keep them out of the sun and they ought to last for a while. I'm pleased with the purchase.After 6 uses the bands began to crack and break. They (at least the ones I have) are not very good. And I just missed the return window. Grrrrr. Revised my previous review because the company honored their 100% satisfaction guarantee and replaced the defective band with a whole new set of bands. The intact bands that I initially purchased seem to be fine, so a 5 star rating it is. Thanks, Rosapoar.

Bands are ok strength and price wise. Not as wide as I thought for the larger band. They smell awful though so wear long sleeve clothing and full finger gloves.
