This banner was perfect for our poker nights, the colours are vibrant and stand out in any room. The string has a long enough length, so that it can be tied from at least 5ft away, as well as it being gold, so accents the black and red really well. The letters themselves have glitter on it, which only accents them further.The banner comes pre-built, so you don’t have to do anything except hang it up straight from the packaging. Each letter is a sturdy piece of card, and you can easily cut the banner in any place, if you want to separate it, or use only one or two of the words. It comes in a simple plastic wallet.

This arrives already pre-threaded onto one long piece of gold string, which I like as often these things come separately and there is lots of faffing about to put them together. The letters are quite a sturdy card and so far have stayed straight, with a subtle glittery coating. Easy enough to cut the string in between the words if you don’t want one long banner and want it on two or more levels. The letters are 14cm in height.I suppose for £9 when ordered the string could be better – it is just the stuff you get with gift tags or Christmas baubles, and not sure it would untie and be re-useable after a while. However, a novel item which will bring a smile when we have races at home nights.

Der Dekoschriftzug kam gut und sicher verpackt bei mir an. Die Buchstaben sind bereits allesamt auf einer Schnur aufgefädelt und nicht auf ihrem Platz festgeknüpft, d.h. man kann sie nach Belieben verschieben. Das bedeutet aber auch, dass man beim Anbringen vorsichtig sein muss, dass kein Buchtstabe von der Schnur herunterrutscht - hier am besten zu zweit montieren. Die Buchstaben sind aus einem stabileren Kartonpapier und glitzern dezent in ihrer jeweiligen Farbe. Der Schriftzug ist definitiv originell und passt perfekt für jede Las Vegas oder Casino-inspirierte Party (bei uns kam er bei einem Krimidinner zum Einsatz). Einen Stern ziehe ich für den doch stolzen Preis von aktuell rund 9 Euro ab. Ansonsten alles top!
