Works well, Capacity as Advertised
I used this to replace the original external battery (battery 2) on my Lenovo Thinkpad T480. The original interal battery was replaced about 6 months ago, and the external one still said the health was good at the time. However, it recently began a rapid decline and then would no longer hold a charge, at times preventing the laptop from charging the internal battery as a result. This arrived just over 70% charged, which is what they should be, and was immediately recognized and began charging after inserted. So far, so good, the performance is wha should be expected from an extended battery, and coupled with the internal battery I now have approximately 100Wh of battery to work with, more than enough to last all day without access to a charger. For the price, I consider it a great deal.

This is a 56Wh battery disguised as 72Wh
I bought this battery for my Thinkpad and noticed it never charged beyond 80%. Using Lenovo’s Vantage software I did a battery reset and it showed max capacity as only being 56Wh. Thinking I got a significantly degraded battery I exchanged it for the same battery and lo and behold, same issue, it doesn’t charge beyond 56Wh. Now, I only paid $35 for this battery and a good quality branded battery of the same size would normally go for around $150, so I realize I get what I pay for. For the average user, this wouldn’t make much of a difference and the battery will probably still last a few years. I just want to make it abundantly clear that this is NOT A 72wh BATTERY! This is a 56Wh battery disguised as a 72Wh. I included photos of the results of the test done in both batteries I purchased to show my evidence.

Wonderful Thinkpad T480 battery
I recently purchased and have gotten into Thinkpads. Better late than never. I bought a T480 off of eBay and this battery worked flawlessly. It’s holding a charge and doing a great job.

Full Capacity, Similar feel to OEM Battery
I purchased this battery for use with my Lenovo T480 ThinkPad (20L6S3QA00). In my experience, the battery fits in the enclosure well, and does not feel much different compared to the OEM Lenovo 61++ 72 Wh battery that came with my ThinkPad originally. Other reviews state the battery coming with 81% battery health, or around 57 Wh of full capacity. Based on my observations (checking the battery information in Linux using "upower -d"), mine came with a full 71.04 Wh of capacity, which matches the aforementioned official Lenovo battery I had before. Maybe I got lucky with mine, but it seems to be full capacity and holding charge well. I will provide updates 1 week, 3 months, and 1 year down the line to document how it ages with further use. Note: I do prefer to limit charging of my batteries to 80% as I have found this drastically improves long term battery health, so my results may be altered by that fact.

Bad batteries.
Bad battery. Didn't get the stated capacity from the start, despite following all of the directions. It the started throwing errors, refusing to charge at all, making my laptop completely unusable off of the power cable, necessitating a hard reset (paperclip in the tiny hole on the bottom of the laptop for 30 seconds) about once every two weeks. Since removing the battery altogether, running on internal only,I haven't had any issues.

Doesn’t hold the charge long
This is good if you just need a battery quickly, but the computer kicks out a message saying it’s not an original battery. It also only go to charge for a few days not being used.
