This blanket is an exceptional value for the money. Purchased the Scandinavia Grey design. Even though there’s only 25% merino wool in the mix, it is noticeable in the feel and quality. The other fibers used combine well with the wool to create a super comfy extra large throw. I am 5’9 and average weight for a female of this height, and can just cover my head with it with feet still plenty covered. Underside has a demoing of the top side print and just as soft. I washed the blanket in the pre wash compartment with white vinegar, and added woolite to the regular wash compartment. Then dried it on delicate cycle. Came out super soft, still full size, with barely any lint in dryer. The blanket is not stuffy when under, and gives you a light warmth. It is a mid weight blanket. Perfect for the couch, a spectator wrap for cold outdoor sports games, camping, a picnic or beach blanket, and so on. Did I mention it is gorgeous. Workmanship is flawless. One could even use it as a decadent tablecloth as the smoothness and design are so nice. Plan on purchasing more as gifts and another to keep. Also great for a favorite things or white elephant party gift exchange. You would not regret this purchase!

There are a few advantages to wool blankets - if you don’t have some, you’re missing out!!! They are perfect for year round sleeping, as they do a great job of regulating body temperature. I bought this blanket to use in the bunks of my small camper. It works quite well! Right out of the package it is soft and the design is great. It is medium thickness - not too heavy but not too light. For very cold nights, you may need an additional blanket! It washes really well - when it comes to washing a wool blanket, don’t be fooled by complex instructions!! You won’t damage a wool blanket as long as you do it properly. Wash separately with COLD water on delicate. Only use a little detergent! Then hang to dry - I dry it outside on the clothesline. Wool naturally has an earthy smell that’s especially noticeable when wet. Just follow the above instructions and you won’t smell anything once you dry it properly!Be sure to pay attention to SIZE of this blanket! It’s around the size of a full size bed. We love these blankets. We bought several of them for a small cabin we have in the woods. We bought them for the looks, but turns out we love the quality too. They are strong, thick, and soft. We ended up buy 5 more in different colors. We have not washed them yet, but they look like they will hold up. NOTE they are not large enough to be used as a cover for a large bed (like a Q or K), but they are a perfect large throw for the end of the bed and provide great additional warmth on cold nights. We were very pleased with this product.

Great blanket for the price! It’s soft, a little itchy but washed and dried nicely. It’s about twin bed size. The colors/design is nice. 25% wool so it’s probably mid weight for warmth for couch and campfire.

Wow, beautiful: PROS: Very well made, military style blanket. Beautiful designs. Keeps me warm without heaviness. If you like the heaviness, I would buy another to double up and it would be good for a weighted effect. Compliments received on its beauty and quality. if you take it out as a wrap around for cold nights outside. CONS: A little thinner than I expected but still not enough to delete a star over. FINAL: I would definitely buy another one. Get yourself one. You won't regret it.
