Non returnable!
This product was broken, and would neither twist up nor down. I put this in the freezer hoping I could salvage the product, but after one use a big chunk broke off. I cannot stress how much I WOULD not buy this product again!!!Edited to say that Amazon gave me a one-time refund for this joke of a product

It’s retractable
The color is good and it works really well. I also have the liner in Austyn and I love that one too. The lipsticks are also good. It is a bit pricey for maybelline but if you’ve had your eye on it, you won’t be disappointed with the product.

The liner is quick to break. It was difficult to use it initially. The colour is good and stays put for long. It is drying, so it will require a balm, gloss or lipstick on top.
