Pretty good for cable management!
I love the idea that the adhesive has a removable face so that when you stick the extension cord or extended plugs, it can be removed and replace, or moved to another place with the same backing somewhere else.The only thing that I do not like is that it is not that smooth to place and remove. Maybe that is a good thing so that it doesn't accidentally slide off, but to be able to move and re-arrange cables, it makes it a little annoying.Overall, would recommend if you know you have a specific usage for it and don't plan to move it around as much

Treat "socket fixer" as a suggestion for use; really flexible semi-permanent mounting strips
What you're essentially getting is a set of interlocking plastic pieces, each one with adhesive for a semi-permanent installation. Because they are interlocking, you can then remove and reinstall whatever you are attaching to the surface, without having to re-do the adhesive. The price is right to have these in your toolbox for whenever the need arises.
