I love these passthrough connectors because it makes my life so much simpler. As my eyes get older, it's getting harder & harder to see the ends of these ethernet cable to make sure that the 8 strands are inserted in the right order before crimping. These connectors allow me to pull the ends through and compare both ends to make sure they match.

Great for the price. Big load for a little money. Works with any standard crimpers. Great for any indoor job. As they are plastic I do not recommend these for anything that needs durability or use outside or in the elements. Perfect for the office and home.

Electrician here. These did NOT exist way back when I first became an electrician. If one is not an electrician (or a low-volt technician), one will not be reading this review anyway. For those wire pullers out there, the simplification of installation created by this particular advent goes without saying.If one is attempting a first-time do-it-yourself project, one will need the proper tool for crimping. First-timers should also leave an extra foot of length on the Cat-5 or Cat-6 cable one is terminating, just for trial and error. Cut off the failed attempt and try again.Good luck everyone.Oh... That's a nice little twist-top plastic jar in which they arrived too. For the bargain asking price, I wouldn't have been surprised to receive them in a ziplock bag.Ciao.

Not sure what to say about these, the box is clearly labeled as passthrough, but upon opening and attempting to actually use one I noticed that the holes weren’t drilled all the way through. Looking even closer at all of them it looks like these are not passthrough. Not sure if it was merely mislabeling. Added 1 star because these do work, just not passthrough.

I went to the pass through ends for the cat 6 cable a few months ago. Up until then I had the ones you had to trim just exactly the right length push them in to the right slots and then crimp down and hope that nothing twisted while you were putting it in. These pass through ends really make the job easier you just line up your wires even longer than you need push them into the connector slide them through all the way so your jacket goes up into the connector check the wiring colors to make sure that nothing twisted while inserting it and then crimp get together. These ends are just the same as the name brand they work just as well and look just the same. At way less cost.
