how can i get que rest of the parts to build the extruder? is all 3d prrinted? i mean the structure to hold everything together

The nozzle end will fit a standard E3D nozzle, 6mm I think. I am building a unique setup for mine and currently designing heater blocks, (not yet made). As far as holding it, I intend to design some sort of two piece clamp for the top of the unit that allows plastic pieces to funnel in. Sorry, that's all I have so far. Best of luck...

Suggestions on a heat block and nozzle that will fit the end of this?

A standard E3D nozzle fits in the end. As for a heating block, I have not made one yet, but I had planned on designing and making my own as I have a unique use for it. I plan on making two heater blocks, the one nearest the nozzle to operate at full temp, the one closest to the feeder to be at a lower temp. Sorry I don't have a good answer for the heater as I never investigated a solution that you could buy. Best of luck....
