All brushes should come sealed in a stay fresh container. If your brush was not in a stay fresh container then it's not recommended that you consume it.

does this wet brush have warranty if it happens to break?

I have no idea; the brush is a bit fragile if you were to drop it ...as it’s a hard plastic handle. That’s said, it works extremely well and is not at all expensive. I’ve used mine for several months now. It’s a great buy and works.

Are these real are knock offs?

Mine looks real to me and works well, just as advertised. Why would anyone do a knockoff of a hairbrush?
