Sturdy
I bought these so I could do dead lifts using standard weights, but have the bar at the height of Olympic bump plates. It works really well, and setting the bar down is very quiet, which is important for a home gym. A five-foot bar is a little cramped with the feet of the racks getting in the way, but a six-foot bar gives plenty of space between them. Putting them together took only a few minutes. These are very sturdy. I had 135 pounds on the bar then I sat on it. No problem for these guys. Plates are easy to put on the bar because you have clearance before you hit the ground. You can raise the racks higher for bent-over rows or straight leg deadlifts for those with less flexibility. The racks are easy to move for storage until your next dead lift day. Recommended.

Feet don’t fit and missing parts
Exactly zero of the feet fit onto the metal. And this arrived missing the plastic inserts that keep the adjustable top portion from wobbling. Completely useless. And only had a thirty day return window so I’m out of luck and $100. Awful.

Great if you have knee bending issues.
This is one of the few products out there for people that have knee bending issues but want to strengthen their knees doing deadlifts...I've seen the progress made by my older female friend starting to do resistance training....its a slow process to regain the knee bending ability again, but its working for her. There would be no way she could lift the bar from the floor without this stand....She's shooting for when she can deadlift from the floor....Don't rush things and your knees will thank you in the long run

A tiny bit of false advertising
This might be construde as nit picking, but the yellow knobs shown in the photo of the product are black in the one I received. Otherwise, it does the job!

Poorly adjustable
The concept is great but the product I received was hardly adjustable. I had to use a mallet just to get the body into the legs. Needless to say, it also requires using a mallet to get the body out of the legs to increase the height. For something that costs this much, I expected the quality to be at least decent. This isn’t even really adjustable! I cannot recommend this item to anyone if they’re looking for adjustability.
