Easily put together. Strong and sturdy for the cost and looks great in the garden. My dog thinks its his own personal toy box and frequently plants his toys in it!! He is a bit of an idiot though!!

I first bought one of these raised beds in April 2024, didn't even open the box to check it was in there until September 2024. In between that time I had also bought another raised bed. As soon as I opened the box for this Mardili raised bed and saw and felt the components it was clear that this raised bed was very high quality; the metal components are strong, shockingly thick (significantly thicker than the Outsunny raised bed I bought) and aesthetically pleasing in my opinion. I instantly regretted not opening the packaging earlier to inspect the product because if I had I wouldn't have bought the other Outsunny beds, the quality is night and day. I would advise to use an electric screwdriver discreetly; use it to get a head start in fastening the screws but tighten with a hand/manual screwdriver as it is very easy to over tighten and strip the screw heads as I did with the first raised bed but took the advised approach on my second bed that I bought immediately after putting together the first bed. It is now november and I have just filled both beds and I'll need to partially empty one so I can straighten it; they are strong when empty, and reassuringly robust when filled. I definitely recommend these raised beds, buy now think later. I got the first one for £37.99, the second one was £34.99 and there was an additional £3 off, even at the £37.99 it is a terrific buy.

I bought this as my garden is on heavy clay soil & raised beds seem to be the best way I have to grow a wider variety of plants. It was quite straightforward to put together in principle, but somewhat awkward. May be easier with 2 people. I was glad that they provided a few extra nuts & bolts as 2 of the bolts must have been threaded incorrectly & the nuts wouldn't go on more than half turn. The shorter bolts only just about reached through in a couple of places (this is where it would have been handy to have someone else to hold the panels together tight whilst the other person is putting the nut on). Looks good when completed & I am sure it'll do the job nicely. The edges are sharp, so be careful when putting together!

The inventory and assembly instructions did not match the kit provided. As another reviewer has said the instructions refer to a 1 piece brace for the structure - this was in fact 2 pieces needing an additional screw to make it. I had more short screws than needed for the walls so this want a problem. The walls are simple enough to construct and fit well but the instructions for attaching the brace are poor and the parts supplied don't match it. I ended up zooming on the item pictures online to work out what to do. However that can't be done yet as the larger screws needed to fix the brace components and the walls together were not included. I'd proceeded to assemble hoping it would be OK, so I can't be bothered to disassemble and return so I will have to get separate screws. It was fairly inexpensive and I guess you get what you pay for but it's annoying as I can't fjnish the job today. I was tempted to proceed without but the brace must have a purpose so it seems better to sort it properly. The rubber trim to cover the top edge is a useful addition and I'm sure once I get the mixing screws and it will do the job I need it to.
