Power saver or scam
Google these products, it seems to be a scam. Only got these a week ago and can't see a reduction in electricity usage. Will give it another few weeks and ask for a refund if they are not fit for purpose. Wondered why there were no reviews on these products. Would definitely give it a miss untill positive reviews could be seen. Will update this reviews in 3 weeks.

This is a known scam product
It should be illegal to sell scams like this. But what’s worse is that people actually believe this is even possible. The other scam product is the rodent repeller that plugs into the wall. What’s even more amazing is that I will take these products apart and show people it’s just a flashing LED light. Then they say to me but it works. I am like how exactly - it’s literally just a light. Then I leave and come back a few weeks later and they have them plugged in again. Somehow people have some kind of mental condition where they will literally belive these thing work when it’s beyond impossible.
