細かすぎなくて好きです
Cats & Kittens for Comfort & Creativity が気に入っていたので、同じ方の絵だったので購入。今回も細かすぎなくてよかったです。鳥や花の絵が多かったです。Cats & Kittens for Comfort & Creativity

Beautiful 126 page Assortment of Flora Chang's Folk Art Designs – printed on both sides of non-perforated paper
This is a wonderful book of 126 pages of folk art designs by artist Flora Chang. I have been eagerly awaiting this book and pre-ordered it early on. There are so many designs I want to color, it is hard to figure out where to start. The designs include flowers, birds, circus people, cats, and much more (even including a garden gnome.) The designs are nicely intricate without lots of small details. There are plenty of opportunities to play with color on each and every page.I own a couple of other books by Posh Coloring and it looks like they are (wisely, in my opinion) venturing into books based solely on a particular artist's work rather than a subject matter. I love to get a great book with a variety of a single artist's designs – that way I know which book to grab when I am in the right mood. The designs are printed on both sides of a medium weight non-perforated paper. The designs do not merge into the binding nor do they spread across two pages. The binding is glued rather than sewn. You can cut the pages out without losing any of the design but you will have design on both sides of the page, so you should look to see if you are cutting on the proper spot for both sides. I was able to break the spine enough to get the book to lay fairly flat. The designs have finished elements on the sides and/or have a framing line that defines where the colorist can stop. I really appreciate this as it gives my project a good finished look when I am done. All of my alcohol-based markers bled through the paper immediately. The water-based were rather mixed. My Tombow's did not leak through when I used the brush end. My other water-based markers did not bleed through completely but you could definitely see a shadow of the color on the backside of the page. None of my gel pens leaked through and they did not require additional drying time. My coloring pencils worked great and behaved according to their lead type (hard/soft core). If you want to color with any medium other than coloring pencils, there is a good chance you will destroy the design on the back of the page you are working on (and be sure to put a heavy weight piece of paper or card stock under your work so it won't leak through further.) If I decide to use markers other than my Tombow's, I will be giving up the design on the back of the page I am working on and I will probably buy a second copy of this book as I really want to color all of the designs. Given how much is included at the price, I really don't mind the cost of a second book. Otherwise, I would stick to my coloring pencils and be fine with coloring on both sides of the page. These are the coloring medium that I use for testing. If there is something else you feel I should be testing, please let me know and I will see if I can add it to my growing pile:Markers: 1) alcohol-based – Copic Sketch, Prismacolor double ended markers (brush and fine point), Sharpies (fine and ultra-fine) and 2) water-based – Tombows dual end markers (brush and fine point), Stabilo 88, Staedler triplus fineliners, and Pentel markersGel Pens: Sakura, Fiskars, Uni-ball Signo 0.38/0.28 and TekwriterColoring Pencils: Prismacolor Premier Soft Core, Derwent Colorsoft, Prismacolor Verithins, and Faber-Castel Polychromos

Such a fun coloring book!
I have several coloring books and this one - which I just got - is my favorite! The pictures are so cute and fun. I've used gel pens only for coloring so far and they work great. No show through or bleed through. I haven't tried markers or coloring pencils yet. I'm sure the coloring pencils would be great, but not sure about using markers. Like one of the other reviewers said, the hardest part is picking out which picture you want to color. They're all so cute! I definitely recommend this book.

The ecxact same book as Pocket Posh Botanicals - so pick your size or get both!
My book arrived today along with a copy of Pocket Posh Botanicals. I was first paging through the pocket sized book and loving it so much that I really wanted a full sized version. When I finished, it picked up the book and realized that my wish had come true. They are both the same book!Ms. Chang drew a really beautiful book and offers it to us in two sizes, under different Titles. You can't go wrong with either book - it just depends on whether you want a TRULY pocket sized book, or the full sized version. In my opinion, you should get both. What a marvelous book!

Fun pictures
Flora Chang has such fun and creative drawings to color. They are so different from any other books I have. I like the smaller size of the posh books because I can easily take them on the go. The downside is their pictures go back to back. This means I can't use my fine liner pens or markers or they will bleed through. I have been able to use my gel pens and colored pencils but I have found I need a light touch it it can disturb the picture on the reverse side. That being said her pictures are so fun and different this book is worth the purchase!!!

Fun and creative
I absolutely love this book. The images are so fun to color. I was unsure about getting it as the pages are printed front to back. But, my gel ink pens did not bleed or show through at all as the paper is of decent thickness. For those of you that tear pages out, this book is not perforated so you would have to cut them out. Pencils work great. I haven't tried markers yet, so I can't speak for those. I would guess that they would probably bleed through at least a little. I really like this author's style and will be looking for more of her books. The images include flora, fauna, doodles, circus people, and a even a few sugar skulls to color.

Now I get to color Flora's designs myself!
Love Flora's doodles. Now I get to color them myself! Finished the first design this evening and I'm looking forward to the next one. I used Prismacolor Scholar colored pencils. The two together are a great combination.

Beautiful pictures....every single one!
This is by FAR my favorite coloring book (and I have many). I love all the folk art types the best. My only complaint about this one is that it is a BOOK not perforated so you can tear them out. Also, there is another picture on the back side as in a book. I tore it apart and when I want to color one I print it out on good quality laser paper. Works just fine.

LOVE THIS CUTE COLOR BOOK 💙
💜 Favorite coloring book! Love Flora Changs creative style. I love every single picture. The only thing I dont like is the pages are double sided and it tends to bleed through with markers. Please make your adorable color books on one sided perforated pages so we dont lose any of your cute designs 🤗 Highly recommend
