My son was so excited to order this, but an essential component broke in less than a day of use. He is a teenager and takes very good care of his things (and paid for this with his own money) so the break wasn’t from abnormal use. He has several cheaper finger bikes that have lasted a long time.For the most part, this bike seems very well made and high quality. The frame is mostly metal and the tires and other pieces look realistic. However, we ran into two big problems:1. The nuts on the tires were VERY difficult to remove to change the tires and put the pegs on. My son is 13 and couldn’t get them off on his own. We had to help him by using two of the little screwdrivers (luckily he had an extra from another mini bike set) to basically hold one nut in place while turning the other one to get them loose. It’s possible we got a dud and they were threaded wrong when manufactured, but if they are all this difficult, it would be nearly impossible for a child to switch out the tires on their own.2. The piece that attaches the fork of the front tire to the handlebars is a softer, flexible material, and that is what broke. One part broke off completely and the piece that’s now barely keeping the handlebars attached is almost broken. Without that piece, the handlebars won’t stay on and the bike is useless.It was risky purchasing a product with no reviews, but it seemed like a quality product. For the price, I expect it to last more than a day. My son still wants this bike so hopefully the seller can offer a solution. I’m hesitant to replace it if this is a design flaw.
