My dog has dietary issues (chronic inflammation of the duodenum, according to the ultrasound), and often gets up in the wee hours, desperate to eat grass. Since we don't have grass in our yard, this has meant I have to get dressed and take him out to find grass to ease his nausea. I have tried many diets and supplements, none of which bring about any lasting change. A vet recommended that I try feeding him a little bit of food when he begs to go out, but he would reject everything - until I tried this "From the Seed" plant based food. Amazingly, he will eat some of it and then go back to bed. It's much better for his digestion than grass, and provides nutrients.For his regular meals, I give him 2/3 gently cooked commercial food and 1/3 of this dry food. I save out a portion of the dry food for treats on our walks, and he is always eager to get them. He definitely loves this stuff.I love it because it's good for the earth, good for my dog, and good for my sleep.

Great food, my dog loves it, I mix it with Bixby dog food which is lower heat cooked than most and is all good ingredients. I didn't even have to slow introduce the food to her. Poop is great!

The Earth Animal Wisdom Air Dried dog food has an excellent well rounded ingredient profile. That is why I am giving it four stars. Not their fault that my dog is super picky. Unfortunately, my dog does not like it. I may try one of the other flavors to see if she loves that one.

my dog is a picky eater and she recently had to go to the vet for a uti infection she has had for two weeks now and i thought it was her old food but my vet said it may be the water from the fridge and the old food that is the problem so i've been using this for two weeks now and the uti is gone but still have a little bit of something she can't get out so i'm going back to bottled water for my dogs and hope that does it but this food has helped her be more active and healthier she is 9 years old and a small dog so i give her the best i can if she likes it and it's good for her

So my dogs are in no way picky, I consistently rotate brands and proteins so they’re totally used to it. It does not upset their tummies in the least.They don’t like this one at all. One just picks at it and they’re pooping (pretty normal mostly solid slightly soft poops) but A LOT .. 6+ times a day. Huge piles. Good thing I work from home. And they’re starving. I’ve never seen them beg like this .. Nugget tried to bite me when I pushed her away from my food.. she’s 6.. she has NEVER. The pieces are very large for smaller dogs. Their furs have lost their luster. Worst food I’ve ever tried and we’ve tried many brands of freeze dried/air dried raw. Would absolutely avoid this one.

Great healthy 'whole' food AIR DRIED (this is different from Kibble. Great ingredients. Organic. Free range. I also buy the Vegan food and mix it with the Chicken one.

The smell is HORRIBLE and my dogs don’t really like it. The ingredients are good so that’s about it.

Dogs absolutely love this! My girl is intolerant of so many foods; I’m trying this for her as it has limited ingredients. Clean and healthy and vet formulated. If she is intolerant, I’ll feed it to my other dog. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for.
