Works for curved surfaces
I purchased this item before there were any reviews and I'm going to rate this a solid 4. I tried this because I don't have any flat surfaces on my dash where I would like to mount my phone holder. This product offered a more contoured fit, and while it does work quite well it isn't a perfect fit. It may offer you just that little bit of flex you need to make contact on a curved surface. The 6 pads around the outside hinge up and down. Perhaps dividing the pads further could provide more complete contact but I think this design is going to work for most people. Well done.

IT WORKS!
This adhesive pad works. I thought my iOttie phone stand was done for in 100+ degrees in the car! I bought this and I can still use it!
