Sturdy, well made, fits perfectly!
Been looking for just this size lid in either plastic or rustfree stainless - or something - for a while! We have several 2 gallon and larger water dispensers that came with silvered tin or some cheap metal screw on lids that rusted right away. Had been using some cork stoppers and plastic wrap with rubber bands. These are perfect! Fit just right! Seem sturdy. We use a handful of these on daily use water jugs for distilled, filtered, mineral, and alkaline water. We'll see how they hold up!

These lids did not fit our gallon jars.
Not much use to us as they were too big for our gallon jars. We wanted to use these lids on Mt Olive 1 gallon pickle jars. The original lids get rusty and we were going to reuse those jars with these steel lids. No good. Not even worth a single star.

Amazing lids
I got these lids to replace the lids that came with the two gallon mason jar that rust horribly. These are amazing no rusting fit perfectly and they twist on and off smoothly!

Well made lids, but I have no idea what they fit, I have one, two, and 21/2 gallon jars and they will not fit any I have.

Great replacement
Why don't all 2-gallon dispensers come with a stainless steel lid? But thank goodness one can be purchased. And it fits perfectly.

Does not have a seal.
The lids i recieved do not have any way to seal. Have no gasket at all. Cannot possibly be leakproof with no gasket

Pretty pricey
I find it very pricey and a little flimsy feeling for what it claims to be - "stainless steel"
