Not safe
I plugged in my guitar amplifier and it got damaged after a few seconds. The improper current supply will fry the circuits of any electronic device. It is not a DC to AC converter at all.

Useless… it doesn't work
The media could not be loaded. The product is low quality. Components inside are loose fit and moves and make sound shaking. No power output in usb and ac as well. The LED blinks somewhere inside the case fallen down.Do not buy this!!!!
