What Do We Say (A Guide to Islamic Manners)

just great....my 2 and 3yo enjoyed it and loved it when i prompted them for wht should be said, the images were also good - enough detail to get questions from the little ones but not overwhelming for them...the book is fantastic at their age as its a simple introduction - would be great if you could do a follow on book with duas for entering masjid/toilet/car, etc....loved the explanation at the back as well. will be looking out for more books from these writers

My little one is such a bookworm and loves going to the library and reading. There are not any islamic book shops where I am and I wanted to get her to read islamic books too. Although this is suitable for 3 years it can easily be read to a younger child. V big illustrations and just one line on each page which is perfect. My lo does like to read more so this was perfect

I bought this book for my younger twin nephews to get them to know the very basics such as greeting someone and how to say it. Usually we make a play of the illustrations as shown in the book and so far my nephews love it.

My three year old loves it. Very educational fun book, my son learnt the most.

I bought this for my 3 year old and it is suitable for her age. The book covers 13 everyday dua's, one on every page in Arabic and English transliteration. I would have liked to see a short meaning beside it on every page (though a detailed meaning of every dua is at the back of the book in the Glossary). There are loads of dua books out there and this one is good for very young children since it has nice colourful pictures that allow children to talk about whats happening in the picture and discuss why we say certain dua's in particular situations. Nice and basic, perfect start to educating the young mind.

The illustrations in this book are really good. It's very easy to understand to. Tells you everything you need to know. Go on, buy it!
