The rubber at the bottom was damaged, other than that this is a great walking stick

Love the design but I slipped on day 2 only to see that the base was not on the stopper and the wood was touching the floor making it unstable and dangerous. I reached out to the seller but have not heard back. I have used the stopper of my hospital crutch to stop slipping.

This seems like a high quality and well-made walking stick.The handle is a good size for me both in terms of length and thickness. The whole handle from point to point measures 14 centimetres but of this only around 9 cms are usable as the handle. It is a good size for me personally but may be small for people with big hands.The shaft feels good and sturdy, trustworthy I would say. Of course it also has the somewhat snazzy spiral design to it to help differentiate it from others if you were ever in a place where people put their sticks down. It is a good length for me, although you may be able to get it cut a little if it is too long for you.The ferrule on the bottom is a good rubber one although is fairly standard as you would expect.Overall I am happy with the stick I think it is a good quality item and not only feels good in the hand it feels sturdy and trustworthy without being particularly heavy. I can't fault it really.

This is a traditional wooden carved walking stick with a derby handle. I am unsure what type of wood it is made of as the listing does not mention this. It is quite a long walking stick at 96cm I am 5'2" but I like a long walking stick rather than bending over a shorter one so it suits me quite well. The handle fits well into my hand and is comfortable for extended use and to lean on but is definitely a classic design. There is no wrist strap on this walking stick but it was easy enough to add one on. I do fit well within the weight limit mentioned in the listing ( up to 110kg) but I find the stick a bit lightweight and 'bendy' and am not sure I trust it 100% to hold my weight. I a on the heavy side and it would probably suit a lighterweight person better than myself. The ferrule on the end is a bit slippy and does not always grab the ground as well as I would like it to. So good points and not so good ones with this walking stick. It certainly looks good and as mentioned is very much a classic design..
