Bought this as a Christmas gift. Our friends loved the set. The cups left the drinks very cold. Very nice set. We would buy this product again if need be.

Damaged cup the box was in good condition
The media could not be loaded. The box arrived in a timely manner box was in good shape so the cup must have been shipped in this condition it’s disappointing other then that looks to be decent product and is copper
