What i love about this water fountain by UAHPET:This model is the quietest we ever had. I needed a wireless fountain that was also aesthetically pleasing to put in my boys' doggie condo, for the times when we are at work. I did a lot of research and eventually stumbled onto this one. When I purchased it (last October) there were less than 40 reviews, so I knew I was taking a risk, but I really liked it compared to everything else on the market at the time.Boy, I'm glad I tried it - I've only had to charge it 3 times since then, and it gets heavy usage every day. Both my Yorkies and my cat like it, and it's super easy to clean, has no complicated parts, etc., and is still going strong.The only minor complaint is that because my boys drink so much, I sometimes have to refill it twice in one week - but I usually use that as an excuse to clean it completely, which is quick and easy.The only other thing I wish they had done differently is to put some sort of cap on the charging port as I am always very conscious of it when washing it.I like it enough, that I have just ordered a second one to replace the stainless steel water fountain I had upstairs for them as that one has all of these little fiddly parts that require constant maintenance and now feels like a hassle compared to this one - plus this looks so much nicer.Would highly recommend !

*UPDATE---Motion sensor stopped working one month in. Tried to look online for support - the support docs both on UAH website and Amazon site do not support THIS model; so essentially no support. Tried emailing UAH - no response. I like the product - but I am returning. I will try another one after my refund is processes to give it a chance. But it the motion sensor does not work - there is no point! (OH, the fountain will come on if you tap the top. Weird. But my cats don't know how to do that).I fully anticipated this would be noisy and would feel cheap; neither are true! This exceeded expectations. There is no noise. The motion sensor and light are still working after one month. I love that it is rechargeable and not at all connected to electrical outlets (no risk of electrocution). It is easy to clean. I do wish the fountain stayed on a bit longer after the cats walk away to keep the water moving a bit more (avoid the water "ring" build up as mine do eat then drink and drop bits of kibble in in the water - needs a little more run time for the messy eaters). The light is a blue color - which is nice. Would also be great if this fountain worked with an app so we can cycle the water remotely instead of just when the motion is set off.

Love the style of this water fountain!! It is very quiet and Tuesday loves to drink from it. Highly recommend!!

I initially liked this fountain a lot. It’s quiet (but loud enough when it’s low on water to know to refill it), holds a lot of water, and has kept my cats water cleaner than a regular bowl.The battery lasts for months but now I am trying to charge it for the first time and it will not charge. I plug it in and the charging light flashes for about 5 minutes then stops. If I unplug it for a while and plug it back in it charges again for 5 minutes then stops like before. In trying to charge it the cord has gotten burn marks on it as well which scares me, I would never leave it plugged in if I wasn’t nearby. So I guess you can only use it once.

I loved this fountain and so did my kits…..but here we are 8 months later and it completely stopped working….not sure how to reach customer support about this….my cats are so use to this they need running water to drink….really don’t want to invest in another at this time…uggg

I absolutely hate cleaning cat fountains. I’ve gone through so many in search of a good one that doesn’t have an annoying pump to dissemble, a thousand pieces to put back together, useless filters, questionable longevity, and is a fire hazard. This one is almost perfect. It’s the easiest fountain I’ve had to clean so far in comparison to 99% of fountains available on the market. It’s also not $100 to buy or maintain which is great. The flow is average and the fountain is a neutral color and appears like it can blend into furniture. I haven’t had an issue with charging so far and make sure to keep the charger pin/ charging area dry, and it’s been working fine. The only con is that I wish it wasn’t plastic. I would’ve preferred stainless steel because the less plastic the better. Hopefully uahpet takes that into consideration because then the fountain would truly be 5 stars.

- The unit looks nice without protruding parts.- Run quietly so my cats take a while to use it cuz they don’t hear the sound of running water = clean water to them.- The tray has a wide opening for the water to flow down to the filter, so it should look like a waterfall to utilize all surface of the filter. However mine look like a thin stream so only one tiny spot in the center of filter is being used.- It leave a pond in the tray after the pump stops. It is contaminated water sitting there until the next pumping. I don’t like it. After each use, the tray should be empty and all water should flow down the storage tank and get filtered right away.I put something underneaths the top part to tilt it to reduce the problems.Update: it keeps going into sleep mode or so, constantly need to power it off/on for the pump and sensor to work again
