First of all, this is really pretty! I already have a rechargeable handheld foot file that I use in the shower, but it’s solid black and kind of masculine looking. I mean, it really doesn’t matter, right? But I saw this really cute flowered file and thought I’d switch just because, ya know, I like happy things in my shower I guess.It was already mostly charged upon arrival, so I charged it the rest of the way before taking it into the shower. When I first took it out of the box and turned it on, the roller head clattered and rattled, so I immediately turned it off. I turned it back on, same thing. After a few tries, it seemed to settle down and ran smoothly although I could hear a bit of a high-pitched whine.Once in the shower, I tended to a bunch of stuff so my feet had time to soak and soften. However, when I turned on the new foot file and gently touched it to my heel, the roller head immediately popped down and began to hit the body of the file. I spent the next several minutes trying to troubleshoot it but eventually had to give up, disappointed, and pick up my old rechargeable file which, having witnessed my betrayal for something prettier, told me it had 60% charge remaining, then died about 30 seconds later.I haven’t tried it in the shower again yet, but when I got out I tried the two other rollers that came in the box and they seem to work fine, and don’t collapse when they touch your skin. The one that came installed is just borked and it was unfortunate that that’s the one I took into the shower that first time.

This is a callus remover that is rechargeable. It comes with not only a charging cord but a charging block. It's lighted. 3 speeds, comes with three different foot file attachments and it's just so pretty. It has a plastic cover. I like the shape of it compared to some others I have tried. I find it fits better in my hand and takes up less room in my drawer.Would make a nice gift.

While this produce arrived beautifully packaged and in great shape, the moving components (made of plastic) refuse to stay in place making it inoperable. I must return it.

My feet get very rough as I work a job that involves a lot of walking and standing. This callus remover works great at sanding off the dead layers of skin. My heels look smooth and have a nice feel. It is very easy to work, and it moves differently than other callus removers. This has a back-and-forth type of motion, so it isn't just spinning around. It is also small and fits in the palm of your hand. It is very pretty; I love the flower print on it. It does come with 2 more replacement sanding heads so you can get plenty of use before having to buy more. It also comes with not just a USB cord but a block as well! It makes it very easy to charge and keep operational. The lid for the head does not stay on, and I wish it would. It would be nice to keep the dust contained as I move it. Overall, I am very happy with it!

The media could not be loaded. So let's start with the pros... This electronic foot file is nice and compact which makes it easy to take on the go. I do also like that it can be charged with a simple USB cord (the same one that my Android phone uses). I do also find it great that the file piece can be changed as needed.Now for the cons: the file that's provided doesn't do much to remove calluses from my heels. Wish that it was a stronger grit or maybe if it were made of pumice??? I also wish that more pressure could be applied without the file popping out during usage.Overall this file is only good as a smoother, Rather than a remover of calluses... And for this I give it the stars.

This electric foot file is okay, my biggest issue is that the motor isn't strong enough to handle what it's being used for. As soon as you put any kind of pressure on your foot the motor completely stops and is useless. So I like the color and style of it I just wish the product actually worked!

This foot file is very nice! It’s really powerful and easy to use. It fits perfectly in my hands and leaves my feet feeling super soft.

Out of the box I thought the thing was a dud, it wouldn't turn on, no lights came on when plugged in. I left it plugged in for well over an hour before the blue light came on. I let it charge for an extra few hours after that.It did turn on after that, and for the 30 seconds it worked it was doing a great job on my heel calluses. Then... it stopped spinning and started beeping. Nothing seems to make it stop. I thought it was jammed so I took off the metal piece and saw this funky looking plastic inside. I don't know if it got stuck or what but even letting it rest for awhile doesn't stop the beeping it comes right back when it is turned on.It sucks that this is just going to end up in the trash.
