The Tone Traveler is a really cool gadget if you play guitar or any string instrument and want to make it sound better. It ages the wood, helping its transformation from tree to muscial instrument by changing the molecular structure, which makes the guitar sound better faster. I can hear the difference in my Martin OM-28 and I haven't even logged the recommended 72 hours of treatment. The sound is deeper and just feels richer, kind of like what you’d expect from a really old, expensive guitar.The guys who sell the Tone Traveler are great. I had a minor problem with how it fit on my guitar, and when I reached out, they came up with a solution immediately. They even sent me a free t-shirt for the trouble, which was a cool surprise.The Tone Traveler was worht the cost. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do. Plus, the customer service is awesome. I don’t usually fall for things like this but I have heard of people putting their instruments in front of a speaker and blasting music toward it for days. So, with science involved and great people behind it, I was curious. Will it work and is it worth it?The answer to both is an absolute YES. I put it to the test with a 1987 Martin HD28, 2011 Martin D18 and a Ratliff R5 mandolin. I kept each instrument in a closet alone with the Tone Traveler for a little over 73 hours. The 87 Martin was left for 80 hours because I was out of town. The difference between before and after is mind boggling. The notes were truer, the tone was amazing and revived all 3 instruments. The customer service is top notch and very personal. I whole heartedly recommend this product! Thank you guys, it’s like I have new, and better Instruments.

55 years ago, my father purchased a slightly used Charlie Christian Gibson guitar for me. He bought a brand new Gibson super 400 archtop for himself. I distinctly remember him saying … once these guitars age and I played in, they’re going to sound great. Welcome to the Tone Traveler.

I bought this just over a week ago. Owner of a number of high end acustic guitars I read the reviews and thought this would be a great way to get more out of their sound. The product is high quality and is impressive right out of the box. What I didn't expect was a handwritten note from the owner/developer offering his gratitude and personal help should I have any questions. This is truly a special product and I can't wait to use on all my guitars.

Really does make a difference. You need a place for it because it does make noise but will run 24/7 if you leave it plugged in! Really helps opening up instruments too!

I purchased a Tone Traveler recently and began using it on several guitars. It’s especially helpful for those acoustics that you rarely play. I have a Guild 12 string that just sits in its case for a weeks at a time. After four hours or so with the Tone Traveler it plays louder and has a richer tone! I love this thing and would recommend it to any serious guitarist.
